Surfer Cat is a fun arcade game where you play a surfing cat. Your goal is to grab as many seashells as you can while riding the waves and avoiding deadly rocks.
The cat surfs forward by itself, thus your major job is to change lanes at the proper time. To move the cat to a different lane, simply swipe up or down on the screen.
Your goal is to collect seashells while avoiding rocks. As the cat progresses, watch out for oncoming obstacles. If a rock is in your current lane, swipe up or down at the proper time to switch to a safer lane.
Timing is important, swipe too early and you may move into a lane that you don’t need to be in, swipe too late and you may not dodge the obstruction. Pick up seashells on the road, it makes the game more exciting and makes you take planned, risky actions.

Looking Forward
Always look to the next portion of the walkway, instead of merely the position of the cat. Spotting rocks sooner offers you more time to decide where to go next.
First Survival
Sea shells are a lucrative collectible, but the key is to survive. If there is a shell near a risky obstacle, it may be safer to skip it and continue safely.
Exact Swipz
Don’t move too much or randomly. One good swipe at the right time is better than a few rapid swipes that can lead the cat into another obstacle.
Understand the Line System
It is crucial to understand how the different lines work. Practice switching between them until swipes up and down are second nature and automatic.
React Before It’s Too Late
If you wait for a rock to be just in front of the cat, it's tougher to avoid it. Make your moves early enough to provide yourself room for error and the unexpected.
Stay on Track When Things Get Tough
Concentration is key because the later stages of the game require quicker reactions. As the waves and obstacles get more difficult, don’t get distracted and monitor the track carefully.
